Workshop Booking process
Completion of this form does not guarantee a workshop on the dates that have been chosen. However we will endeavour to get you your specified workshop on the date that you have requested. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your dates.
Half Day and Full Day Workshop Explained
Half a day workshop is either a morning or afternoon. A morning consists of two hours in a morning or two hours in a afternoon. A full day workshop is a full 5 hour workshop/tutor with a lunch break of one hour in the middle of the day.
Tutor
Tutors will arrive 15 minutes before the workshop is due to start, each tutor will come ready with session plans. Participants are expected to be in movable clothing. Tutors may need the use of an music device and a suitable space to work in. Tutors will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Each tutor will provide a current CRB number which will be specified on the confirmation sheet with relation to chosen workshop/tutor. Tutors will need to have one hour unpaid lunch break.
Time Frame of booking a Workshop
Workshops are booked for a minimum period of 5 days or a unlimited maximum which are spread throughout a duration of one single term if booking a minimum five days. If booking more than five days or a bulk booking you can spread bulk bookings over a entire academic year (ie: if booking a workshop for a full day workshop over a term for a minimum of five days or four tutors for 10 weeks for each tutor over an entire academic year) The dates are set to your convenience and satisfactionInvoicingPlease note that you will be invoiced for the full cost of the workshop/s on completion of the series of workshop booked (ie: Drama Tutor booked for one Full day workshop a week over a 6 weeks) invoice/s will be sent on the last day of workshop/tutor booked . Workshops are specified by the time duration a six week workshop will be invoiced at the end of the six week workshop duration. If you are booking more than one workshop to run concurrently then invoices will be at the completion of all workshops booked. Invoices are to be paid 10 working days after the date of the invoice.Payments are to be made by cheque or BACS to Drama For Kids ltd cancellations and Changing Workshop and or dates you can change your workshop/tutor up to 4 weeks prior to workshop commencing in order for us to find you a alternative. If you cancel your workshop/tutor between 2 weeks and 1 day of the workshop/tutor start date, you will be liable for an administrative charge of 25% of the full cost of the workshop.By completing this order form you are accepting these terms and conditions.
